The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has debunked the news circulating of fuel price hike, saying it has not received any official communication to the effect.
The Kano state branch chairman of IPMAN, Alhaji Bashir DanMalam, made this known in a statement on Friday.
He further directed his members to sell at the old price, as he had not received any official communication from the Federal Government. He, therefore, urged Nigerians to disregard the ongoing rumor.
According to DanMalam, there is no need for the increment, as the NNPC has enough fuel to distribute round the country.
